Dr. Muhammad Sharif
I aim to enhance my professional capabilities within the chemical industry by pursuing new challenges in the fields of organic synthesis and analytical chemistry. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have developed technical expertise in NMR, IR, GC-MS, LC-MS, and related analytical instrumentation, enabling me to perform precise chemical identification, verification, and characterization.
During my PhD studies at Dalian University of Technology, China, I was honored with the Outstanding International Student Award (2015–2016), valued at RMB 30,000, in recognition of my research work and scientific contributions. This achievement strengthened my commitment to rigorous research, innovation, and adherence to the highest scientific standards.
My extensive experience in plant operations, specifically in the production of organic chemicals, polymers, and functionalized ion exchange resins, has equipped me with the practical skills required for safe handling, process optimization, material balance, and regulatory compliance. Working at a pilot-scale production facility has further enhanced my ability to manage sensitive chemical processes responsibly and effectively, aligning closely with the mission and technical expectations of the chemical industry.
Dr. Amir Israr
At the heart of every great institution stands a scholar whose vision goes beyond classrooms and laboratories. A distinguished scientist and educator, he serves as a Principal Scientist and Associate Professor at the prestigious National Institute of Lasers and Optronics College, PIEAS, Islamabad, where his work in Laser Spectroscopy reflects a deep commitment to scientific discovery and innovation. Holding a PhD in this specialized field, he has contributed extensively to international research through numerous publications, advancing knowledge at the intersection of physics, chemistry, and modern analytical science. Equally passionate about nurturing the next generation of researchers, he actively supervises PhD and MPhil scholars, guiding them not only in rigorous scientific inquiry but also in developing intellectual curiosity and ethical responsibility.
His collaborative research initiatives connect students and fellow scientists with global scientific communities, fostering an environment where ideas flourish and innovation thrives. Dr. Muhammad Hanif
At the heart of every thriving academic institution stands a scholar whose influence extends far beyond lecture halls and administrative offices. Dr. Muhammad Hanif, a distinguished academician and researcher, serves as the Head of the Department of Mathematics at University of Narowal. With a PhD in Mathematics and specialization in Differential Geometry, he has established himself as a dedicated contributor to advanced mathematical research and education. His scholarly work includes more than fifteen publications in well-reputed international journals, reflecting his commitment to expanding the frontiers of knowledge in his field.
Beyond research, he is deeply invested in academic mentorship, having successfully supervised around twenty MPhil students in Mathematics. Through his guidance, students not only gain strong analytical and research skills but also develop intellectual discipline and a passion for inquiry. His teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity, rigor, and the practical relevance of mathematical concepts, inspiring students to excel academically and professionally.
In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Hanif also serves as Additional Director Sports at the university, where he actively promotes physical well-being, teamwork, and leadership among students. His multifaceted role highlights a balanced vision of education, one that integrates academic excellence with co-curricular development. Known for his dedication, professionalism, and visionary leadership, he continues to shape a dynamic academic environment that nurtures both knowledge and character.
